1) LASHES

OUR EXCHANGE & REFUNDS POLICY

We do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.

We only provide EXCHANGES FOR LASHES THAT ARE DEFECTIVE.

The client will have up to 3 days to notify the company of any problem with the product(s).

Defective lashes are lashes that upon receipt and inspection meet the criteria mentioned below. Our definition of DEFECTIVE LASHES does not mean or nor does it include WORN AND USED LASHES. If you have worn the lashes and they get damaged, those lashes ARE OUT OF OUR EXCHANGE WARRANTY. All exchanged merchandise must be received in its original condition and all original packaging.


DEFECTIVE: A defective pair of lashes means the following: 

1. a pair of lashes that is missing a chunk of lashes upon receipt, or
2. a pair of lashes that deviates greatly from the set style upon receipt, or
3. a pair of lashes that is missing from it’s box upon receipt, or
4. a box of lashes that only comes with one side of eyelashes upon receipt.

Therefore, if you ordered a pair of lashes and do not like the style, There will be NO Exchanges.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR LASHES

Any returns that have been ordered via hausofluxe.com will need to be returned to the Haus of Luxe head office, at the customer’s expense. Before doing so, customers must email Haus of Luxe at info@hausofluxe.com  to have the return authorised.

Haus of Luxe will not refund or provide credit on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer, nor will it accept returns that have not been authorised by customer service. 

 

  • 2) LIPSTICKS

    We do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.

    We only provide EXCHANGES FOR LIPSTICKS THAT ARE DEFECTIVE.

    The client will have up to 3 days to notify the company of any problem with the product(s).

    NOTE: Before purchasing our lip products, we encourage our clients to refer to all the swatches of lip products available on our site, our Instagram page and our Facebook fan page. In the event that you are still unsure, we ask that you contact us before making any purchase of our lip product

     

  • 3) MAKEUP BRUSHES

    We do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.

    We only provide EXCHANGES FOR MAKEUP BRUSHES THAT ARE DEFECTIVE.

    The client will have up to 3 days to notify the company of any problem with the product(s).

     

    HOW SHOULD PRODUCTS BE RETURNED TO HEAD OFFICE IF EXCHANGE HAS BEEN APPROVED

    All Products bought from Haus of Luxe have to be returned in their original state with their original packaging. We invite you to package your products in a way that will preserve the integrity of the products and the original packaging. 

    Once, we receive your exchange. We will confirm the state in which it was received and will inform you of the outcome of the return merchandise inspection. We ask that you give us 7 working days to process you return for the SAME STYLE OF PRODUCT(S) returned to us. We will always try to process your exchange in a timely manner.
